Reiki Body work
Reiki is a centuries-old healing art from Japan that uses light touch on, or just above the body, to help facilitate deep relaxation, promote balance, healing and an optimal state of well-being. Reiki can support you through the on-going physical, emotional and spiritual changes of pregnancy. Reiki can safely be used at any stage of pregnancy and postpartum and in conjunction with conventional medicine and complementary therapies including prenatal massage, prenatal yoga and chiropractic care.
In postpartum, Reiki offers a safe and supportive space for you to re-orientate yourself and your body after birth. Reiki helps stimulate and accelerate the body’s own natural healing processes, is deeply relaxing and calming, can help to reduce stress and may help ease postpartum depression and anxiety.
This service is open to anyone who has a desire to receive Reiki. It is available but not limited those on their reproductive journey.

Limpia
A limpia is a traditional Mexican spiritual cleanse. Herbs are swept over the body to clear the mind, body and spirit of any blockages in emotions and energies you have accumulated that do not serve you. The goal of a limpia is to restore the body to a state of wellness, harmony and peace. Cleansing the energetic and spiritual body allows us to be in deeper connection and live in alignment with our higher self.
If you have been feeling emotionally overwhelmed, blocked or drained, disconnected from yourself or others, overly sensitive or apathetic, a limpia can be supportive of your healing journey.
A limpia is a time to release the emotional and mental baggage that is weighing you down and preventing you from living a balanced and healthy life.
For some one session will suffice, for others multiple sessions may be necessary. Limpias can also be conducted regularly for emotional and spiritual health maintenance.

Platica- A Platica is an open space to talk about where you are mentally, physically and emotionally throughout your journey. It is an intentional time to express whatever you desire and ask questions if you feel called. This time will allow us to clarify and focus on what you need to release.
Post Limpia processing- We will discuss what came up for you and how to best care for yourself moving forward.
